The Estates of Legends Ranch board of directors has budgeted an amount of money from the reserve funds to be used for current and future improvement projects for the neighborhood.

Lake Access Signs

Non residents have been fishing and hanging out at several of the lakes causing disturbances and leaving garbage. Many attempts have been made to post No Trespassing signs which have been nearly immediately removed by these persons. Without the signage, law enforcement cannot compel these persons to leave. New signs made from typical road sign materials have been professionally installed at Lake 3 (Legends Gate Drive, across from the Water tower), Lake 4 (Imperial Legends Drive), and the neighborhood park (Friars Legends Drive) as a test against removal by non residents wishing to use the lake. Should the signage remain in place after a trial period, additional signs will be purchased and placed at the remaining lakes. If you notice non residents frequenting Lake 3 or the Park, please call the constable.
